I firmly believe that the best solutions for families are found in mediation and always seek to help parties find creative, workable and customized solutions to their unique challenges.
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, receiving a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns). Shortly after returning to San Francisco to begin my career, my mother suddenly passed away. This resulted in a lengthy legal battle over her estate. My desire to help others navigate challenging legal waters, such as I had, led me to pursue my law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (a tough place for a Longhorn). While at OU Law, I was named the Oklahoma Bar Association Law Student of the Year 2006, and Order of the Barristers, amongst other honors. Since 2007, I have practiced family law throughout Texas and became a certified family mediator in 2011. I have helped hundreds of parties settle their matters outside the courthouse.
